Ordering Policy

Orders are placed on a brief hold until being reviewed and the funds captured, typically within 1 business day of receiving the order.

For International orders , we highly recommend researching any import taxes or fees you may incur prior to placing your order.

J&D Custom Co. is not liable to cover any customs or other related fees.

Shipping Policy

The rates calculated during checkout are based on your location and items ordered as we ship worldwide.

Once the order is placed it generally takes 10 to 15 working days of time for the shipping & delivery.

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided by you while placing the order and available in your account once the order is marked completed.

If an order is returned to us by the shipper for being undelivered or for unpaid import taxes/fees, you will be responsible for any new shipping costs and fees. If those costs and fees exceed your original order total, you will be billed for the remaining owed.

Return & Exchange Policy

To request a return or exchange for any item(s) from your order, the request must be made within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since the purchase date, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unused and uninstalled
In the same condition as received
A clear 360° unpackaging/unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package.

This video is mandatory for any return, exchange, missing item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect claim. Claims without a proper unpackaging video may not be accepted.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once the order has been placed.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in cases of:

Manufacturing defects
Fitment issues
Other product-related faults approved by our team

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

The refund will be processed within 7 days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
It may take an additional 4 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

The item is not in its original condition or packaging
The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
