SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are placed on a brief hold until being reviewed and the funds captured, typically within 1 business day of receiving the order.
For International orders , we highly recommend researching any import taxes or fees you may incur prior to placing your order.
J&D Custom Co. is not liable to cover any customs or other related fees.
The rates calculated during checkout are based on your location and items ordered as we ship worldwide.
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided by you while placing the order and available in your account once the order is marked completed.
If an order is returned to us by the shipper for being undelivered or for unpaid import taxes/fees, you will be responsible for any new shipping costs and fees. If those costs and fees exceed your original order total, you will be billed for the remaining owed.
Return & Exchange Policy
To request a return or exchange all or some of the items from your order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received*.
Return or exchange will be only proceed if the product have any manufacturing fault or any other related reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days. It may take up to 4 days for the refund to show in your banking activity.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition and packaging (new and uninstalled), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
