How to order or commission custom motorcycle or part?

Please send us an email mentioning all the deatils like what kind of style or design you looking for, your approximate budget, which donor motorcycle you have or not have, your purpose of riding or commissioning the project and some of your details. Please note that these details are very essential for us to start a conversation or guide you further for the project.

Can I commission exact same design motorcycle which you have done before?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can but we always try to build every motorcycle slightly different in terms of parts or finish etc so you can get the similar design with one of a kind identity.

Question 3

What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

You need to pay 50% of total amount at the time of commissioning the build and other half once we give you the final trial of motorcycle before paintwork or final finish.

Is your previous designs possible on any other models of motorcycles?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any previous designs are possible on other models of motorcycles. Though there will be a difference in costs for different models of motorcycles. 
 
For Example : If our previous custom project built on Royal Enfield Electra, then the same project is possible on Royal Enfield standard models, Classic Models and old enfields with same costs. If you are providing any other motorcycle as a donor bike than costs may differ.

Can I use custom motorcycle as my daily routine vehicle?

All of our motorcycles are designed and built for specific purpose and in the interests of our clients. There are few designs which you can not use as daily routine vehicle and few you can.

How would I service custom motorcycle? Where would I can find maintenance parts?

Accepted Answer

If you live nearby to our workshop, then we'll handle the regular maintenance part on chargeable basis though you can also hire any mechanic to do the same. We are also here to guide any outside mechanic to do the job. You can get all the parts related to engine or electrical at the local parts shop and for the parts which are built by us, we'll take care of that.

Is there any specific time guarantee for the motorcycle or parts you have built?

Yes, the motorcycle comes with one-year manufacturing guarantee.

Please note here that each motorcycle or part is specially designed and built for you keeping your particular interests in mind. We spend thousands of hours for development of design, parts and functionality that is only for one piece of motorcycle and not for mass production. It’s a hand-built motorcycle with pure quality and craftsmanship.
